iNexCCo Inc builds products and software, and we're based in Dallas, Texas. This policy is about one thing: what happens to your personal information when you visit inexcco.com.

Just the public website. If you're a client, the data we handle through your engagement, including code in your repositories, telemetry, tickets, and related materials, is covered by our signed agreement, not this page. If the two ever conflict, the agreement takes priority.
From you, directly. Our contact form asks for your name, email, and a message. That's it. Prefer email? Send one directly instead. Either way, we use it to write back and, if relevant, discuss requested services.
Automatically, in the background. Our hosting and delivery providers may process the usual technical data needed to run and protect the site, including IP address, browser or user-agent information, the page you requested, and a timestamp. We look at that information when something breaks, when traffic looks abusive, or when we need to keep the site running safely.
What we do not use the site for. We do not use the public site for cross-site behavioral advertising, session replay, or ad pixels. We currently do not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies on the public site. If that changes, we'll update this policy and any notices required by law.
Exactly three outside services touch anything related to your visit.

We don't sell your personal information, period. We also don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through the public website.
Worth noting, since an earlier version of this page said otherwise: the site used to pull its fonts from Google, which meant Google saw your IP address on every page view. We now serve those fonts ourselves. That request no longer leaves our infrastructure.
We use your contact information to reply and, if things move forward, to talk through the work. We use technical and log information to operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the site.
Where applicable under data protection law, we rely on legitimate interests for these purposes, including answering inbound inquiries and protecting our own infrastructure.
An email sticks around as long as there's a reason for it: an ongoing conversation, a normal business record, a legal requirement, or a dispute that needs resolving. If an inquiry never turns into work, we delete it within 24 months.
If a conversation turns into client work, that data moves into the client record and follows the retention terms in the signed agreement.
Technical logs age out according to our providers' operational retention practices unless we need them longer for security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
We're a US company. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers run infrastructure.
So if you're writing from outside the United States, including from the EU or the UK, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards made available by our service providers for cross-border transfers.
Depending on where you live, you can typically ask us to show you what we have, fix it, delete it, object to how we use it, restrict certain processing, or hand it over in a portable format. You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you're in California, California privacy law may give you rights to know, delete, and correct your information, subject to applicable exceptions. There's no opt-out link here because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through the public site.
To make a request, email privacy@inexcco.com. We may ask you to verify who you are before we complete the request, and we'll respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. Those measures may include HTTPS, security headers, and provider controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or abuse.
We keep the surface small on purpose. But nothing is perfectly secure, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
This site is built for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
The date at the top will change too. If something material changes, we'll say so plainly in the updated text.
